Duties:

(iii) Deals with Human Resources planning, allocation and control.

(x) Manages the overall activities of a Section.
(xi) Acts as Secretary to designated Committees and ensures Implementation of resolutions.

ASSISTANT ACCOUNTANT II

Duties:
(i) Handles confidential matters.

(ii) Ensures that the efficiency of stock control and levels are maintained. (iii) Performs clearing and forwarding activities.
(iv) Organises internal training of junior staff in the unit.
(v) Scrutinizes purchase orders before forwarding them for approval.
